Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GTM Analyzer (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Account Eligibility

GTM Analyzer is an automated analysis, documentation, and version comparison platform designed for Google Tag Manager containers. To access certain features, you must register for an account via Google OAuth or another authorized authentication provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must immediately notify GTM Analyzer of any unauthorized use or security incident concerning your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Container Permissions

You represent and warrant that you own or possess all requisite rights and authorizations to connect, analyze, and inspect any Google Tag Manager container or export file that you submit to the Service.

You agree that you will not:

• Submit containers or tracking data belonging to third parties without verified authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our proprietary audit rule engine.
• Use the platform to distribute malicious scripts, tracking spyware, or fraudulent payloads.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass plan usage limits, rate limits, or billing paywalls.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Free Tier & Credits: Accounts are provided with complimentary audit credits upon initial registration. Additional scans require a valid paid subscription or credit package.

Paid Plans: Subscriptions (such as Pro Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by statutory law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard billing portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership

Your Data: You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title in your GTM container configurations, tag setups, custom JavaScript, and generated report contents.

Platform Rights: GTM Analyzer and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the audit algorithms, scoring matrices, user interfaces, and trademarks.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

GTM Analyzer provides automated diagnostic suggestions and static analysis based on container configurations. While our engine strives for maximum accuracy, GTM Analyzer does not guarantee that containers are free of all runtime errors, tracking discrepancies, or compliance liabilities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTM Analyzer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PUBLISHING ACTIONS TAKEN WITHIN GOOGLE TAG MANAGER.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice via email or platform notification before new terms take effect.
